Dear Families,
As we bring another incredible school year to a close, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our entire school community (students, families, teachers, and staff) for making this year truly amazing. It has been a joy to watch our students learn, grow, and shine every single day! We hope everyone enjoys a restful and rejuvenating summer filled with cherished moments and quality time with family. A special shoutout goes out to our 5th graders as they embark on an exciting new chapter, we wish you all the best as you transition to middle school, and we cannot wait to hear about all the wonderful things you will accomplish. We are so incredibly proud of every one of our students, and we wish the entire Meetinghouse School and Westminster Elementary families a safe, happy, and wonderful summer!
Looking ahead, class lists and teacher placements are anticipated to be announced in mid-August, prior to the start of the new school year. Please keep in mind that throughout the summer, enrollment changes occur as students join or leave our community, which often requires us to refine and adjust class lists along the way. Additionally, our district goes through an important technology transition each summer as student information is moved to the next grade level and our student information system is updated, a process that takes time and could potentially affect the timing of when lists are released. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these factors that are not always within our control. We look forward to a fresh start and another fantastic year ahead!
Sincerely,
Kathy and Mike

Please note that all medications (daily or PRN) that are in the nurse’s office at school must be picked up by a parent/guardian no later than Wednesday, June 17th by 12pm, which is the last day of school. Students are not allowed to transport medications to and from school. Medications that are not picked up will be disposed of, as they are not able to be stored at school over the summer. If this applies to your family, please contact us to let us know when you, (or another responsible adult), will be picking up your student(s) medications by emailing ashea@awrsd.org for WES students, and/or sdonahue@awrsd.org for MHS students, so that we may have them ready for pick up.
Please also note that a new doctor’s order and AWRSD parent/guardian consent form will need to be completed for the next school year. Forms can be found on the AWRSD Health Department page.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, or concerns.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made Field Day such an unforgettable success! 🎉
A special shoutout to Mrs. Luibil, our amazing PE teacher, whose energy and planning made the day run like a well-oiled machine. We are also so grateful to our wonderful classroom teachers and dedicated support staff for keeping students safe, engaged, and smiling from start to finish.
And to our incredible parent volunteers, none of this would have been possible without you. Your time, effort, and spirit meant the world to our kids and our school community.
Thank you all for giving our students a day they'll be talking about all summer long! 🌟
