Work Permit Information

If you are under 18, you must get a work permit before starting a new job.  Work Permits are job specific and must be completed by the employer, physician (if applicable) and parent/guardian PRIOR to being submitted.  If you are not a student of AWRSD, proof of age must be present as well.

A completed work permit application can be brought to the following locations during regular operating times:

• Oakmont Regional High School Main Officce
• Oakmont Regional High School Guidance office
• Overlook Middle School Main Office
• Superintendent’s Office
