Hello AshWest Families,
In an effort to help reduce the amount of paperwork that goes home at the beginning of the school year, we are excited to begin implementing electronic student enrollment forms. This will be done using the online forms server, which will allow parents/guardians to complete student and emergency contact information online and submit it to the school.
Over the next few weeks an email from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent to the student’s parent/guardian who has completed these forms in the past. This email will look similar to the following:

Contacts will receive this email for each of their children. The contact that receives the email will be able to add and remove emergency contacts as needed.
This school year we are using these forms for grades 1-12 and only for student demographic data and contact demographic data. Should you have any questions, please contact your child’s school or me.
