Van Pool Transportation
Parents of students receiving transportation services through Van Pool, as determined through the IEP process, must fill out the below Transportation Form annually and submit it to Heather Owens by August 6th for the upcoming school year or once the school year has started, no less than 2 weekdays before any Van Pool services can be provided. Parents of students receiving Van Pool services in the previous school year or as part of Extended School Year (ESY) services, must still complete the Transportation Form and submit annually on time in order to continue receiving transportation services on the first day of the upcoming school year.
