Biography: This is my 31st year of teaching Physical Education and my 14th year here at Overlook Middle School. I have one son who is in his senior year at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He hopes to pursue a law degree after graduating from college this summer.
Hobbies and Interests: When not teaching or planning lessons for my classes, I enjoy kayaking, hiking, gardening and reading and writing poetry. I am in the process of writing a book about my life growing up on a small family farm in central Massachusetts.
Major class projects or assignments: This year all of my students will be participating in games and activities including but not limited to: Four Square, Basketball, Volleyball, Whiffleball, Indoor Soccer and Hiking the Cross-Country Trail here at Overlook. We also do warm-up and stretching exercises every day before class begins.

Rubrics: This is a work in progress. I will post rubrics when available.
Assignments and timelines: We spend approximately one week on each sport or activity depending upon the weather.
