These sites present links arranged by subject, and can give quick access to quality pages.

Art Resources on the Web -- a selection of web pages on artists, art forms, styles, museums and other art topics.
Currencies Converter -- convert any of 164 worldwide currencies.
EDSITEment -- The Best of the Humanities on the Web from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The National Endowment for the Humanities has collected some of the best sites on the Web for teaching English, history, art history, and foreign language.
FindLaw -- an extensive site with links to law resources of all kinds.

Internet Navigation -- a directory of some of the more useful Internet navigation tools. Maintained by Rice University.
Milestone Documents in American History -- Milestone Documents in American History combines 134 full-text primary source documents with expert analysis and commentary.
Occupational Outlook Handbook -- the premier reference tool used to research job information and trends.
Poet's Corner -- Published by Thomson Gale, this site includes biographies of more than 30 poets along with guides to their most popular works.
Quotations at Bartleby.com -- Bartleby.com combines the best of both contemporary and classic quotations collections into a searchable database of over 87,000 entries.
Refdesk -- a collection of the best reference resources on the Internet.
Roget's Thesaurus -- a hypertext version of this classic reference tool.
Science Resources -- a selection of databases and websites
The Complete Plays of Shakespeare -- This site allows you to browse through the full texts of his 37 plays. Readers can even plug in words, such as "to be or not to be" from Hamlet, and immediately be taken to that part of the play. It also provides links to related scholarly research, Internet groups, and even videos of theater performances of Shakespeare plays.
Statistical Resources on the Web -- When you're looking for numbers online, this collection of links to statistics sites can cut down your search time tremendously. The site is organized by topic, with sections devoted to demographics, economics, education, health, labor, and much more.
