THE OAKMONT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Oakmont Alumni Association is developing as an organization. Here's a form to print out to register your involvement and help build the OAA.

Also, the Oakmont 50^th Committee has developed a survey as planning for Oakmont's 50^th anniversary celebration moves forward, and you can find the survey here.

In addition, the Oakmont Regional High School 50^th anniversary committee is looking for alumni that will assist us in putting together a 50 year history of our high school. Your job would be to serve as the contact person for your class so that we can gather information and get information out effectively. Also you would coordinate information to be used in the THIS WAS OUR YEAR section of the history that will include the major academic and co-curricular highlights of your year. Here is an outline you can download to see what the Oakmont 50^th committee is looking for. (You will need Microsoft Word to view this file.) Plus, the Oakmont 50 Committee is planning anniversary events for next school year. We are trying to think of things that would attract alums back to Oakmont. We are planning an Oakmont Trivia Competition. Preliminary rounds will be taped and broadcast on local cable with finals live in Alumni Auditorium.

We would like your feedback about the following:

• Alumni One Act play-performed during Interclass Play Competition

• Alumni Talent Show

• Alumni Athletic Events

• Alumni Choir

• Alumni Concert Band

• Alumni Art Show and Gallery (perhaps during Evening At the Arts)

• Alumni Open House

• Alumni Guest Speaker Program
