Withdrawal from School

The following procedure is to be followed if a student finds that he/she must withdraw from school:

  1. Obtain a written note from his/her parent or guardian to explain the withdrawal.
  2. Discuss the withdrawal with the student's Guidance Counselor.
  3. Obtain a withdrawal form from the Guidance Office.
  4. Return all school property to each of his/her teachers and have each teacher sign the withdrawal form.
  5. Have the withdrawal form signed by an administrator
  6. Return the withdrawal form, signed by all of the teachers and administration to the guidance office. No records will be forwarded from Oakmont unless all materials have been returned.
