During each semester the following reports on student assessment will be mailed to parents and students:

• On approximately day 22 of each semester Progress Reports will be issued to all students.
• On approximately days 45 and 90 Report Cards will be issued each semester.
• On approximately day 66 of each semester Academic Warnings will be issued to students with academic deficiencies.

The final course grade for the semester will combine the two term grades (80%) and a final assessment grade (20%).
