There are two different forms for announcements:

• for OTV announcement submissions, and

• for OTV bulletin board submissions.

You will need to have Microsoft Word on your computer to open and fill these out. Once you have completed the appropriate form you can either print it out and drop it off in the office in the OTV mailbox, or send it as an attachment to: oakmonttelevision@yahoo.com
