Deborah Sampson should be in the Hall of Fame because she fought in the war when the colonists were fighting the British. Deborah Sampson was born on December 17, 1760 and she died on April 29, 1827. She was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She lived in Sharon MA and Tarry town N.Y. She also was the 1^st woman to join the Revolutionary War. She dressed as a man to join the war. She joined the war because she wanted independence and they needed help.
