   Deborah Sampson should be in the Massachusetts Hall of Fame. She was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts December 17, 1760 and she died on April 29, 1827. When she got married she settled down in Sharon, Massachusetts. She is famous for serving in the Continental Army during the American Revolution. She had to put on men’s clothes because women were not aloud to fight in the war. She was injured in Tarrytown New York. She fought for independence; she wanted to be a different country.
