Samuel Adams was born September 17, 1722 and he died October 2, 1803. He was born and lived in Boston. He was a major leader in the American Revolution. Adams was against the   Stamp Act 1765 and was a founder of the Sons Liberty. He is famous because he wrote the copy of Circular Letter in 1768 against the Townshend Act.
