• John R. Briggs Library Catalog: the Briggs library catalog can now be searched online. You will have to go to school to check out whatever items you find.

• Kids Click: includes thousands of sites that have been selected, annotated and categorized by librarians; annotation includes reading level of site; geared to students grades K-7.

• Yahooligans: designed for 8 to 14 year olds. Offers great breadth.

• Internet Public Library, Youth Division: designed for children ages 4-11; sites screened for quality of information as well as appropriateness.

• Grolier's Online: allows you to search several online encyclopedias WHEN YOU ARE IN SCHOOL (this link will not work from home).

• American Heritage Dictionary & Thesaurus: search the dictionary, browse through the dictionary index, listen to the pronunciation of words, look for synonyms in the thesaurus, and more!
