174 presold tickets. Two lines for photographer
worked very well. We did not run out of drinks. We paid $2035 for
photographer and $300 for DJ. We came out $300.00 in arrears. We had a
lot of volunteers this year. "Thank You" to those who volunteered their
time!!!!
Bunny Breakfast
We owe approximately $750.00 to Chartwell's Food
Service for kitchen services. We took in $1800.00. Approximate net
gain of about $700.00. Co-chairs solicited for suggestions of what to
do with the profit from the breakfast. We had plenty of help and the
lines/set up worked well. We are holding off on what to do with the
profit until next meeting. Need to wait till next month for invoice to
be paid and determine final profit.
