Request for funds
In
order to make this year’s yearbook happen, we need to be
able to get on the internet, utilizing high speed. Last
year it was very difficult because it requires the use
of a pc. Donielle utilized her home PC. It would be
much easier if the PTA had a computer with adequate
memory, internet access, etc so that more than one
person has access in the event they have time to help
with the yearbook. PC could be utilized for yearbook,
PTA flyers, etc. Motion was made and seconded to
purchase laptop and equipment not to exceed $600.00.
Dan has also requested the purchase of a locked cabinet
for PTA cameras, money, etc. Dan is going to price out
the cost of a locked cabinet, as well as sizes they come
in.
Letter from Fast Forward – Two printer refill cartridges
(Kathy was calling for prices today), 24
replacement headphones $7.99 each, two Dell
computer keyboards $100.00 each. $392.00 for keyboards
and headphones. No price on cartridges yet. Motion was
made and seconded to fund fast forward keyboards and
headphones. Table printer cartridge request to next
meeting.
Band Director – Request to help build music library.
$230.00 for total request of music arrangements. Motion
was made and seconded to fund music requests.
