                Eli Whitney should be in the Hall of Fame.  He should be in the hall of fame because he invented the cotton gin. He was born Dec 8 1765 and died Jan 8 1825. The cotton gin takes seeds and separates it from the cotton. He was born in West Borough, Massachusetts. Eli Whitney worked in New Haven Connecticut. He signed a contract to make 10,000 muskets. He made a factory and used Mass production. ELI did lots of things during his life.
